The weekend showcases not only the extensive Cavanaugh collection, but also visiting aircraft brought in by warbird enthusiasts and museum collections around the country.The Air Show will begin with the Red River Skydivers and continues with some of the country’s top aerobatic pilots and a cadre of historic warbirds from the Cavanaugh Flight Museum before closing out with a pyrotechnic night flight! This year, the Cavanaugh will celebrate the contribution of Bell Aviation to the war movement by showcasing the very rare P-39 Airacobra and its successor the P-63 Kingcobra.
